📜 Terms & Conditions (Service Policy)

1. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed at least 12 hours in advance.

Payment is due before or immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings made with false or incomplete information may be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking may incur a 50% fee.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

For health and safety reasons, our cleaners are not allowed to move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

4. Service Guarantee

If you are unhappy with a clean, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a re-clean free of charge.

5. Liability

Neatigo is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or valuables not reported before the clean.

While we take great care, accidental damages will be reviewed case by case.
